Take just one pill of the supplement Melatonin (an over-the-counter medication) every night and come back on Ghanaweb anytime to tell us how your dreams were.
(By the way, even though Melatonin is often marketed for insomnia, it hardly work for that. The effect on dreams is far more interesting).

In this day and age when doctors know through research that sleep deprivation is very harmful to our health, here comes a Mr. Know All who is telling us otherwise. If we all follow his advise, we will end up being a nation of zombies. You need at least 8 hours of deep sleep to recharge.
