Three NDC Attorney Generals have been involved in the case. The first Betty Mould and her Deputy Barton Oduro who insist that it was legally sound to pay the illegal judgement debt, and misled the late President and the Finance Minister; the second Martin Amid who blew the whistle that it was fraudulent and illegal but was fired for saying so; and the current Marieta Oppong Brew whose firm, in which she is a partner with the current President private legal counsellor, was an indirect beneficiary of the fraudulent payment by virtue of legal fees from a direct beneficiary of the fraud, Austro-Invest a non existent company at the time of the payment. In fact Woyome has publicly pointed accusations at the AG as an accomplice. No everything that has been done so far is to prevent the good people of Ghana from hearing how the monies were spent since nothing much seems to be left in Woyome's personal and busiest accounts. And despite 51m he still owes banks. The riddle will finally be answered or examined in open court under oath with the risk of perjury dangling on the knowledgeable head of only Woyome. This is the beginning of the next case of causing financial loss to the state and abuse of office - Betty, Marieta, Solicitor General, Neequaye Tetteh and his cool GHC 400,000 loan from Woyome but in his wife's bank account etc. Woyome judgement debt impunity will never go unpunished.
