I had a horrible experience from a Caregiver who thought I will react but after three months, she came back with her husband and tubers of yam to thank for my service and apologize.
I realised she did that because of the confusion she have as the child battled with the condition they came with.
The most annoying thing sometimes is when few educated ones came to the health facility to brag about they knowing their rights as stated in the PATIENT CHATER forgotten that nurses also have rights as human being.
You have said all. we need to behave like supper human though we are not.

Fairness demands that you as well comment on the horrific Treatment some patients have endured at the Hands of nurses. i'm sure you have seen some. not that patients are just unreasonable their reactions are from experience
