For those who weren't around but have heard about some his atrocities, he arrested an army officer who legally took a loan from the bank and shot him citing corruption. He in turn accepted a bribe from Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha to the tune of five million. Now, as a layman or ordinary Ghanaian, which of the two did something illegal? The army officer who legally took a loan from the bank or JJ who accepted a bribe from another head of state?
Posterity will judge JJ and will never forgive him because he is a lair. He killed just for killing sake because he was enjoying such barbaric act. JJ is a cold-blooded animal.

Rawlings should stop hiding behind innuendoes and tell us how the money was disbursed through the govt accounting system.It is easy to track foreign inflows and expenditure at the Ministry of Finance.

Similarly, it was Rawlngs who accused himself when he heard that the Buhari Government were coming for the money! Conscience....plus fear of exposure1 Conscience plus trying to pre-empt the accusation from Nigeria.And it all ended up in self-incrimination to the very Nigerian media he had himself invited for an interview!
