As for your stance on Akuffo there is no surprise been a dyed in the wool member of the npp so that is no news.
What is news is that Ghana's journalism had gone to the dogs and even seasoned journalist are taking the least opportunity and any chance available to play politic and you can find plenty of it in this article

Koteh,
Same here!
Can't quite figure out what is important to Mr. Ebo Quansah.
For us, respectfully, we are making the National Road/Highway, Accra-Kumasi, the more important element of Mr. Quansah's paper, and the focus of our comment.
So, for us, it is astounding that the Accra-Kumasi Highway has not yet been completed under the NDC, after more than 7 years. That road is a national asset and contributes greatly to the Ghana GDP, either positively where access is swift and safe, or negatively where stretches are unpaved, dangerous, inefficient, unsafe, and tend to be venues for break-downs and accident.
But, it is a remarkable piece of hyperbole for Mr. Ebo Quansah to liken the neglect of the road by Mr. Mahama's NDC government to "...communism in its worst form..."
READ: "...It looks like this society has suddenly embraced communism in its worst form, and resolved to extol the virtues in the ‘Great Leader’, together with the political party that props him up..."
WE SAY: Hyperbole!
Not helpful!
Not real!
Clearly, to the extent this can never be a case of "Asleep at the Wheel", this case, in our humble opinion, is simply, "Willful Neglect" by Mr. Mahama.
It is a betrayal of Ghana!
READ: "...To state that incumbency is being abused, is to beg the question. Officialdom is behaving as if those who have been given temporary charge of national resources believe the nation is their bona fide property..."
WE SAY: That, we are in agreement - with respect to the Accra-Kumasi Highway.
Greetings!
