  Thank you Mr. TT for this write up. You make some good suggestions. However I think you missed the mark when you say "What I have noticed however is that, most women-achievers in Ghana and perhaps Africa at large, are people who are not married." What is the source of this statement. It could be that the ones you have noticed are the ones who make a lot of noise. But rest assured there are many married women who are successful in their profession both in Ghana and Africa.

  But for procreation, marriage isn't the best. the observations made by this writer are mostly true. Marriage suppresses part of the true nature of couples to make them able to bond successfully without which confusion and trouble take over. our society being patriarchal, partially places a lid on the woman's ability to outshine her partner no matter what her talent. Even most men of God won't marry, to avoid these kinds of distraction.I sometimes doubt if marriage was truly initiated by God because of the so much frailties it entails. The alternative to marriage is also not the best.

  I don't think all men stagnated their women counterparts from making it to the top. Some feel not to do anything. The field is level and had been provided long ago. Educate them and stop blaming men
