These are incontrovertible facts. We of the NDC believe in institutions and the rule of law so we are going with the verdict of CHRAJ that the Ford gift did not amount to a bribe. President Mahama could never have taken kickback from the purchase of any Aircraft since that is not his duty. There are technical bodies in charge of that.
