Let them TRAIN on the BEACHES. If they can run that 100 meters on the sandy beaches, they will be galloping when they hit HARD GROUNDS!! We have Accra, Cape Coast, Wineba, Keta, Ada, Takoradi beaches. Let kids try the 100 met ... read full comment
