Mahama is from the north, which together with the Volta and Greater Accra regions, according to Osafo Marfo who is a leading member of the Akyem mafia, do not have any resources, and as such are not fit to produce the first gentleman of the state. It is clear that it is only Mahama that these people have sort to desecrate because he has been at the receiving end right from the day he assumed power. They challenged his legitimacy in the election petition: they challenged his power to appoint Supreme Court judges, something Kuffuor did before him: they challenged his authority to appoint the EC chair, but saw nothing wrong when Kuffuor appointed 3 members to the commission, they challenged his prerogative of mercy which is guaranteed under article 72 of the constitution, something Kuffuor did by pardoning drug dealers like Appiah Menka's son and Geeman, a murderer whose victim's family are living in pain even to this day. They saw nothing wrong, but they see everything wrong because it is Mahama the PEPENI. No wonder they treated Aliu Mahama like an unwanted rag. I really pity Bawumia. You can go on and do your worse, but the WILL of God shall come to pass. The silent majority are not gullible as you people think. Elections is not about articles and insults on Ghanaweb and radio: it is not about serial calling: it is not about press conferences: and is surely not about the loudest noise making. It is about honesty: it is about trust: it is about humility and prudrnce:and surely it is about delivery on needed and critical infrastructural development.
