Folks, the man who gave compassion to Gitmo-2 without applying common sense has done it again, and this time round it is the unwise presidential pardon to the Muntie - 3. I am not surprise that the president, from the unholy stables of the NDC head mentality set, has foolishly taken such a humiliating swipe in the face of the judiciary. In fact, it only takes a courageous idiot, a clinical buffoon, who cannot think deep to criminally take such unpardonable decision. On what basis does the President thinks these disrespectful trio deserves his pardon? Or does this unthinkable decision of the president explain why some foot soldiers in the NDC have declared themselves as untouchable beinds? The police cannot cannot arrest them when they play the fool because a Dead Goat has their back, and they don't respect the Courts because they know a presidential pardon of a sort awaits them even if they got a jail sentence? Ei Oman Ghana! Na Anyansafuo no wo hen?

There is a simple analogy to this pardon from Mahama. It's like a mother punishing a child for wrongdoing, only for the father to come and reverse the decision, thus undermining the authority of the mother. The child, realising this, begins to disrespect the mother even further. The society, in the end, suffers as it is left to pick up the pieces of such bad parenting. This is exactly what Mahama has done. He has basically endorsed bad behaviour at the expense of the rule of law. Any good thinking person will acknowledge that it isn't the right way to raise a child. It is a bad decision and I hope all free thinking Ghanaians will stop such bad parenting behaviour when they cast their vote.
