Intellectual poverty. For my fifteen years in the civil service and seating here today I beat my chest and proclaim that I have served Ghana with all my strength and with all my heart. I was that busy body all round and in the mist of fetching water with a pot in disputes I should have broken a lot of pots. Though I carried the delicate pot of dispute resolution I did not break a pot.
It is a fact that the President of North Korea pardoned some U.S. citizens who where caught in North Korea with their intention of overthrowing the socialist system there. Before the U.S. President visited Cuba he also pardoned the Cuban four. Three weeks ago the Russian President Vladimir Putin use his presidential prerogative to grand a Ukrainian woman military officer who was sentenced for killing two Russian journalists. So that is what has happened in the international arena.
We are not been told by intellectuals in Ghana that when they say suck you, they have committed rape and thus should be imprisoned just like rapist. When Sir John threatened to kill the judges who sat on the presidential election petition in 2013 he was not charged for murder. In December 2012 when Kennedy Ohene Agyapong ordered people to kill Ewhes and Gha-Adanges he was not charged with murder. The judge who sat on the case ruled that no one was killed as a result of Agyapong's statement, thus he has not committed any crime.
I have been saying that some people need not teach in the classroom, their place should have been in the butchery where he would have been cutting carcasses into pieces. An armed robber has murdered two police officer, also civil servants, just like the Supreme Court Judges. He threatened that he will kill the to police officers who arrested him whenever he is free. The judge did not charge him with murder, nor was he charged with attempted murder because the judge was of the view that he has not murdered anyone and even went ahead to grant him bail. Two days later the armed robber murdered the two police officers. If people like Professor Kofi Kumado has nothing to say they better keep quite because in their bid to impress us they expose their intellectual poverty.

Why does the president have to accent to a bill before it becomes a law? If the supreme court sentences somebody to death, it is the president who must accent before the murderer is executed. Until the president does that, the death sentence will remain on paper. This gentleman has just wasted space.

He who attacks others simply because they exercising their freedom to ask for mercy for theirs compatriots who have fallen foul to the law should not expect devine mercy for the sins they commit everyday, however hard they pray.
