  Now tell us in one sentence why insulting and/or threatening judges, is a contemptuous criminal offence.

  Paying end-of-service benefits and WC are legal as well as moral laws enshrined in the ILO Convention. What is legal must be logic, and anything logic is moral. An act by anyone who is of the view that human beings are something hanging in he sky, is wrong legally and morally.
  We have on a number of occasions reproduced Article 11 of the United Nations Convention on Human right, which state that an act which is not a crime, without penalties can not be used to imprison or sentence a human being, because such an act does not respect the dignity of the Human Person.
  When the matter is also about laws we must respect equity that all people not depending on their social, racial and national origin are equal before the law. The courts must apply equity in their rulings and engagement with the public.
  Article 11 states: (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. (2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which does not constitute a penal offence, unser national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed that the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
