Could the NDC's excessive borrowing today a strategy for an NDC future comeback after losing the 2016 elections. The accumulation of debt and wanton looting of State coffers appears to be designed for a purpose - the crippling of the NPP Administration that will replace the Mahama Government, come January 7, 2017. Are Ghanaians likely to fall for this obvious NDC comeback ploy? Time will tell.

The undeniable fact is every Nigerian is born a corrupt person. No matter who occupies that seat,Nigeria will remain a very corrupt country.Just befriend one of them and you will soon realize they all have diabolical intentions. Some Nigerians will not allow their fellow Nigerians to visit them at home because they can look at your home appliance, take the tag numbers and get your credit card information. Its that simple!
This is why Ghana should be very careful with their open borders.

And there are no corrupt people in Ghana? Is the word 'corrupt 'a Nigeria word? You stay in your corner of the world and categorically, say 190million, people are all the same. Does that make common sense?

Japan's GDP-to-debt ratio is over 200 percent, and so it is for so many developed and emerging economies. It's all about how and what the money is used for. Mahama is using the money well for development and future benefits to the economy. If it were not so, I don't think that the lending institutions will be so stupid to keep lending money to Ghana. By the way, smart countries like those we always praise to the high heavens borrowed to develop their economies. As for some of those with empty brains whose stock-in-trade is to insult and denigrate others anytime the NPP is exposed for what they are, the least said about them, the better. It is a fact that the NPP is seriously engaged in deliberate lies and misinformation just to win power, knowing very well that most of what they are promising are meant to deceive. They did that in 2000, promising to scrap VAT, reduce other taxes and petroleum prices, build railway line from Takoradi to Wa, build high-rise buildings in the Zongos, create employment for anyone who is able and willing to work, among several other phantom, promises. Even the only mini-factory they built, the Ayensu Starch Factory, collapsed under their watch. What they are doing is dangerous for our democracy. I pray that these nation wreckers are rejected before they plunge this country into chaos, and send us years backwards in our march towards sustainable development.

Between 2001 to 2008 (8 years), all the money Prez. Kuffour's government had was 9.5 billion Ghana Cedis made of taxes, grants and loans which he used to develop Ghana substantially. Raising Ghana;s GDP from 3.2% in 2001 to 8.4% in 2008. Moved Ghana from a lower income country to middle income country. Now, from 2009 till date (7 and half years) Prez Mahama's government has had 105 billion Ghana Cedis made up of taxes grants and loans to develop Ghana; this means Mahama should do 10 times more what Kuffour did in 8 years. Where is Prez. Mahama's achievements considering the huge amount of money he has gotten. Has he achieved much? The answer is a big no and Ghanaians would never be deceived by propaganda again whether from Nigeria or Ghana. We are wide awake.

In any case for your information most of the pro poor interventions were implmented by the NPP which is liberal party. You could have done yourself and your readers a bit of good by being honest in your analysis.
