here we go again the fools and the know it alls,Avram Grant couldnt be more right.i cant believe only now people are aware we dont have any good strikers apart from asamoah gyan.......i knew this really long long time ago,even long before Asamoah Gyan came to the scene..so shut your mouth and listen to the coach instead of trying to tanish his image with this stupid article...........the problem is to do with how we learn to play football as kids,its to do with our style of play growing up....we enjoy passing the ball and controlling the game rather than scoring goals and if we could concentrate on finding and bringing up tall and always eyes on goal striker,we would win the world cup just like that....since we started playing in the world cup,we dominated everybody we played against,most notable one against the great brazil in germany 2006,and its been the same ever since,its the goal scoring that seems to let us down.so Avram Grant couldnt be more right,

Is player conversion lacking in Grant's arsenal of methodologies, as a reputable coach or simply lack of, albeit he's just simply is but technically bankrupt?

Anybody who is able to identify problems peculiar to his own setting but cannot solve it must be a twerp, and cannot be relied upon as a problem solver who is prompted by felt needs.

Players like Ramos and Cahil all started as strikers but today are among the best defenders in the world. It's not too late for Grant to work on someone. That is why he is paid so much.

That is the work of a coach. Contrary to your opinion. you don't have to be playing for the likes of Barcelona to be called up. Review the players of Cape Verde. They are quite good but none plays in a reputable league. Their coach was even a flight controller at their airport. There are talents everywhere but sometimes the agents to market the players may be so greedy that the players are dumped in some lower league in an unknown place.

and what has cape verde won in world or african football?......its not the national teams coaches job to get players a top team,and it makes difference to be playing for a top team preferably in europe,.....you can argue all you like but thats where anybody who is somebody is playing.....if you want to be called up you need to be doing exceptionally well in your club to get a call up,there is no time for a national team coach to convert any player from midfielder to striker.....the problem is with the whole of ghana football,from the grassroots....let me give you an example...in ghana if you are tall and playing football,you either a goal keeper or a defender,its not coincedent we dont have the adebayor,drogba ibrahimovich type of strikers.we need to change from the grassroots and stop blaming one of the best black stars coaches of all times
