    Just like NHIS cards, drivers license are also used and obtainable by foreigners. The SC then shd have rules that only a National ID, passport or an existing voter id be used.

    Abu Ramadan in the first place is a Fulani. He should not even talk about voting in Ghana let alone going to SC.
    He is number one disqualified.
