Brilliant. Each character giving a well deserved treatment. Mohammad Ali He will remember you in heaven.
I don't know if the other character will remember you in hell when his time comes. For now he is nothing but a tragic hero of his own imagination. Unfortunately for him he has to live with and in the mess that he created. He turns around looking for the comfort of the armed minions who aided him in his terrible adventure. And he finds himself walking the plank all alone. Some of his cohorts are dead (Quashigah, P.V Obeng), some diminished by age (Capt Tsikata), some recanted, repented and hopefully reformed (Boakye Djan), some lucky escapees like the annoyingly noisy Kwesi Pratt. Rawlings is looking for vindification and pardon for the hell he created and which continues to unfold long after his days. A case of the evil that men do living with them (apologies Mark Antonio). No "mia culpa" (half hearted or genuine) will make history review its harsh judgement. The smart part of Jerry realizes this and it is eating him alive!

Slight note on an otherwise fine article. Ali was never "felled by" Ernie Terrell. It was Ali who humiliated and forced that "Uncle Tom" to know the Ali name.
