When asked what he planned on doing with these used oil rigs, Serial Loser Nana CIA (Clueless Incompetent Akufo-Addo) replied that he and the Akufo-Addo camp within the NPP planned on restructuring the used oil rigs for use in rigging the elections this November. Akufo-Addo added that the EC will have no case against him because most folks will not believe that oil rigs can be used to rig an election.
