For the records, Dr. Yaw Sarfo, now BARIMA SARFO TWENEBOA KODUA was nominated or selected among his peers who contested for the vacant stool by Nana Serwaa Amponsaa, Kumawuhemaa. As custom demands, the nominee was presented to Gyaasehene, who on an appointed date and time was presented to the kingmakers.
The side/faction you Adofo and cronies support invoked Asantehene's great oath to destabilize Kumawuman's peaceful process of installing our new chief. Proceedings were stopped and the case referred to Manhyia palace, hence Asantehene and Asanteman's involvement in Kumawu chieftaincy affair.
Did Asantehene select or nominate a chief for Kumawuman? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Asantehene and The Asanteman Council listened to the pro and cons of the alledged charges which could have disqualified Dr. Yaw Sarfo BUT NONE of the concorted charges sticked; they all fell flat before Asanteman and the whole world who watched the proceedings on social media.
For the record, Asantehene who could have dealt drastically with those who falsely invoked his great oath, forgave them and admonished them to go home and unite with the queen Nana Serwaa Amponsaa to complete the process of installing the kings.
Did those disgruntled elements of Kumawu who seek nothing progressive listened to the wise counsel of Asantehene? NO! That reminds me of an article written by Adofo Rockson on Ghanaweb dated 20 March 2010 titled," When Asantehene Speaks, the Wise Listens". The wise amongst them listened and still occupy his throne.

Adofo, the very root cause of our deplorable state of affair in Kumawu is what you are actively engaged in; LITIGATIONS!. Don't blame the traditional leaders who stood side by side with Barima Asumadu Sakyi. Blame those so called "rich" people who found no meaningful way to spend their money and time than in the courthouse all in their failed attempt to destool Barima Asumadu Sakyi. In the end, this same Joe Fry went begging to serve and swore oath of allegiance to him.
Adofo be on record that you've insulted all Ghanaian and Africans because of a perceived threat to your life by one person. This is what you wrote:

We living in Ghana/Africa are courteous and have respect for our elderly and leaders. I will admit there are few bad apples, you should think of what you can do as a lone star in your corner in that poor girl/boy's life; a pencil, a notebook. a used clothing/footwear. You see it doesn't take much to an impact in someone's life. That is life worth living and emulating. You cannot paint every person with the same brush, Adofo; give BARIMA chance to prove his worth, You can be part of the solution or continue the era of YEATEASEM. All in all, one way is worth living and emulating: IT IS NOT LITIGATIONS!

A book, a pencil, a project to employ people all adds to the lives to Kumawu citizens. B A Mensah was behind the litigation of Asumadu Sakyi and what did he do to help Kumawu? Now, Dr. Duffour is behind this unnecessary litigation with Barima Sarfo instead of helping him uplift the standard of living for Kumawu. Even if Asantehene and the Queenmother may want to defraud Kumawu (which is not substantiated), measures can be put in place to protect Kumawu's funds and make Barima accountable. This is 2016 not 1976 and there is technology to keep them honest.
