    I am thinking, assuming there hard given this special seeds to the farmers, the farmers invest in the farms only to meet a faulty factory what will be the faith of the farmers, are there going to sell it in the market.

    Stop the propaganda, the factory is not having any farm that can produce any 40% sugarcane for production. I leave in Komenda, tell me where the farm is located within the KEEA municipality.
