As a point man in the FTOS-GH Campaign, I pray: can you tell us what lies were contained in what Prof. Lungu posted? I am aware that even people in govt and top NDC gurus are finding it difficult to believe that Ghana had lost $6bn so far under the Royalty System under which the NPP handed over the Jubilee Fields to Kosmos and Tullow. What proof do you want? We have posted tons of calculations to prove that already. I can direct you to some. Or post them to you if you send your email to cyandyk@ymail.com. I might even send you some claissified material we haven't released to the public yet touching on who is receiving and how much money from oil interests.
Or, is it the inflated road contract mentioned?

Like it or not, Ewes are and will remain the best advanced folk, if we talk about the history of Ghana.

I didn't write this, folks. Not my style. This bloke who likes my names so much - Ghanaians and their habit of taking famous persons' names "guy names" - is responsible.
Anyway, which history of Ghana?

Representing the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS-Gh) Campaign, we now understand that as of 3 June, 2016, the Parliament of Ghana, acting in its authority and as the voice of Ghanaians, suddenly withdrew the so-called "Ghana-Hybrid System" bill, known as Petroleum Exploration and Production (E&P) bill of 2014, a law they've been intending to pass the last 4 years, but for strident opposition by Civil Society Groups, Ghanaians in general, and the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS-Gh) Campaign, in particular.
The Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS-Gh) Campaign is inclined to declare V (VICTORY), and we have done so with a caveat in very limited publications, as of 4 June.
Fact is, withdrawal of the so-called "Ghana-Hybrid System" has been one of the core demands of the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana(FTOS-Gh) campaign.
Therefore, with a rather huge caveat and GREAT SKEPTICISM, we, of the FTOS-Gh Campaign, today, declare VICTORY, pending receipt and review of the "new", updated law they (Speaker Doe-Adjaho and his colleagues) now call Petroleum Exploration and Production (E&P) 2016.
However, operationally, FTOS-Gh campaign/Petition-wise, nothing will change until the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana(FTOS-Gh) Campaign is 100% satisfied that the law adopted serves the best interests of all Ghanaians, that KOSMOS and TULLOW, and the rest of the oil companies operating in Ghana, are taking just their own fair share of Ghana's oil revenues.
Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana(FTOS-Gh) join the last hurrah!
