The road map to implementing the clean up was not set by the sc since it ruled that the ec is the only body who can implement that decision through it rules and procedures and also acknowledging the independence of tne ec to follow its own rules and procedures.
If in the opinion of the ec the sc had exceed its authority,it can refer the matter back to the sc court to re-look at it again.Meanwhile any mode of implementation is sorely that of the ec.The sc has no right to vary the ec authority even if it is a judicial review in the event of the ec exceeding its authority. It can only ask the ec to re-look at its approach again.

Did the Supreme Court say somebody registered illegally in its ruling?I don't think so.The court said the NHIS is not a proper document to be used as a national identification card. Therefore, all Ghanaians who registered with that card should be given another opportunity to re-register with a different form of identification.Ofcourse,Charlotte has no right to delete the names of these victims except given the authority by the law as the SC has done now. It's just a change of procedure;nothing less nothing more.Thank you.

Again, this is a huge task for the country's EC, and something that could give rise to a flood of litigation.

Listen to the demented and toothless NPP attack dog Okoampa-Ahoofe with his daily garbage. If you believe the EC should not second guess the Supreme Court, why then did you come out on a daily basis heaping insults on the Justices when the Supreme Court ruled against your frivolous pinksheet court case? You're too demented to even realize how pathetic your hypocrisy is. Keep hiding in your foxhole in New York and exhibiting your ignorance. One can place a PhD in the hands of a demented hate monger, but there's no assurance that the PhD will erase the recipient's ignorance. Okoampa-Ahoofe, if you think you're frustrated, wait till November when your clueless Serial Loser Nana CIA (Clueless Incompetent Akufo-Addo) is handed his third loss, making him a certified three time loser. That's when your frustration will you banging your lunatic head against walls in your New York hideout.
