Cook them for about thirty minutes. You can drink it hot like tea at first. Let it get cool for a day. On the third day it will get sour. So on the second day drain the water from the leaves, put it in a bottle or bottles and put it into a fridge. Drink half cup full or a cup full three times a day.

Respecting others also mean that you do not tell a lie about them and it is only a person who is under some sort of hallucination that continue to repeat his own illusions as you did here about the South Ketu voter register. In any election on the same day the president may have more votes than his parliamentary candidate or vise versa.
Sydney Casely-Hayford are you aware that you are doing the very thing that Dzifa Atsivor talk about for which you are castigating her. The Electoral Commission has come out to state categorically that Ketu South and South Tongu are different constituencies. It is a fact that all the political parties which took part in the December, 7, 2012 had the voter registers supplied to their agents all all the poling stations.
Thus NPP have the voter register of the 2786 polling stations where voting took place in December, 2012. Not only that Bawumia presented the same as exhibit at the Supreme Court from December, 2012 to August,20013. So you and Bawumia can not say that you are not aware that the voter register which you people presented as pictures and names of Togolese on Ghana's voter register are those of voters in South Tongu (from Sogakofe to Dabala and their villages). That lie of calling Ewhes lairs and thieves who registered Togolese on the Ghana voter register was a big insult to Ewhes and other tribes that live in the Volta Region.
Article 1 of the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights state: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 6 states: Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
So did NPP any you Sydney Casely-Hayford respect the dignity of Ewhes and people in the Volta Region because after the Electoral Commission exhibited the voter register of both South Tongu and Ketu South to show that you and NPP are wrong because you are of the view that the people of the Volta Region are not human beings and endowed with reason and conscience you continue to repeat your illusion that there were Togolese on the voter register you people presented that the whole world know is false.
Sydney Casely-Hayford, I quoted those relevant articles of the U.N. on human right because right now I do not have the 1992 Ghana's Constitution on my desk, thus I will go on further to quote that document, since Ghana is a member of that world organization and have ratified the convention, which has been incorporated into our constitution.
Mr. John Agyekum Kufuor is a lawyer, thus he together with the judges of the Supreme Court are well aware that a law can not be enacted that will take retrospective effect. Thus when Kufuor and the judges of the Supreme Court applied a law to take retrospective effect it is a gross infringement on the right of the individual to whom that law is applied.
Was it not tribalism when a court made up of majority who are Akans seat and rule that a law takes retrospective effect because the person to whom it is applied to is an Ewhe? So Ewhes, people in the Volta Region and other Ghanaians should applaud NPP and the judges for abusing the right of another Ghanaian.
A person who witness and hear the wrong being done to members of his tribe and other tribe and does not complain is a fascist, it can apply to his son, but so long as he is not the victim he does not care. It is a fact that that fascist is well aware that he will threat other according to the same manner.
I was 15 years old in 1968 and witness the political campaign in the country with members of Progress Party calling Ewhes all sorts of negative names, together with our brothers and sisters from Nigeria. When Busia became the Prime Minister of Ghana in August, 1969 he dismissed 568 Ewhes from the civil service without stating the grounds for their dismissal. Komla Agbeli Gbedema was removed from parliament for being a member of the Convention Peoples' Party, which he left in 1962 and was in exile together with Busia.
In 2001 when John Kufuor became the president he repeated the same anti-Ewhe policies of Busia, since he was a deputy foreign minister in that regime by dismissing Ewhes from both the civil and public service and imprisoning some. Ewhes according to you and NPP are to go on their knees and thank those who deprived them of the right to live and not complain. A person whom when another harms and hurt does not complain is another type of fascist. Thus at long last Dzifa Atsivor has complained on behalf of Ewhes and Volta Region citizens for the pains PP and NPP subjected them to.
It is a fact that people from other tribes relate to Ewhes with such disdain, without dignity, not taking us as people with conscience and reason.
One of those gross abuse was when parliament sat down in 1996 and ban a religion because it is an Ewhe religion, with an excuse that it was infringing on the right of girls.
I have been seeking some of the grandchildren of those noble people who were insulted by our parliament reading new on GBC TV.
To end this discuss let me end by quoting Article 11 of the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights, which, state: (1)Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. (2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
It is also a fact that since 2009 to date the same judges who sentenced NDC and Ewhe members of that party terms of imprisonment for causing financial lost to the state could not sentence any Akan on the same crime, that make it a fact that those people were sentenced just because of the political party and tribe they belong to, and that is also a form of fascism. Karl Marx said that a shit even when deodorized still remain a shit, thus fascists in Ghana can deodorize NPP extreme tribalism against Ewhes, but it will still remain what it is.

Where was this man when more serious ethnocentric statements were made by Nana Akuffo Addo, Kennedy Agyepong, Ursula Owusu, Osafo Marfo, Mahmood Bawumia and many such people in recent times? Has he seen what is going on in the NPP and the rehearsal of the violence they intend to unleash on Ghanaians?
