But, we have some dedicated and capable Ghana-Centered folks on the ground, even after what appears to be a sabotage of sorts -- related to the change in venue.
The team on the ground will make the decision about "live-streaming", given the extra burden of preparing a sub-standard facility without amenities, for the event, this late.
Still, we are hopeful it will be a successful event.
