  At the same time, Emmanuel Kuyole and his NRGI's ought to tell Ghanaians why 17% of oil revenues for Ghana the last 5 years is alright for Ghana, while the NRGI is collecting money from Tullow's UK/DFID?
  
  So, why is the NRGI not lending its voice to Fair-Trade Oil Share, for Ghana?
