Nana Akufo Addo won 94% of the vote during the primaries. He did not vote for himself. Some people did everything to prevent him from winning but he still won massively. Not satisfied, some of his detractors like this Nyamekye, if indded that is his name, will not allow him peace to run his campaign. Any reasonable NPP member will allow the elected candidate to go to the general election and if he does not win, throw his hat into the ring for the next election. That is not what we are seeing. If God has not allowed it, the so-called kingmakers, who are waiting for Nana to lose so that they will succeed will be fighting a lsot cause.

Akufo Addo is not the only person who received overwhelming endorsement from NPP delegates. It is therefore a fatal blunder for him to regard his madate (from the same delegates) to be far more important than those of others.

All the uncertainty surrounding NPP chances in the upcoming general elections is all down to him. With the current economic situation of the country, one would have thought the NPP would be the overwhelming favourite to win the elections. Instead everybody thinks otherwise, all because of one man. Akuffo Addo has basically turned NPP into the Animal Farm fairytale.

You see, some of you NPP supporters have a big problem and the problem is you just hate to be told what the true state of the party is and the fact that Akuffo Addo is responsible for it (that state). But that is the fact (that Akuffo Addo has turned NPP into a one man party and that is not attractive at all to voters).
