Nonsense, whether it was initiated by the UN or whoever, President Junior could have refused to go with it. The UN could not have forced Ghana to accept the school feeding program.

See how these Ndc yahoo's are. Ghana was declared one of the HIPC countries two years before Railings left power but he Railings because of political reasons refused to accept the hip relief after qualifying the country for hipc. Now you Ndc yahoo's blame Junior for making Ghana a hipc country but it was Rawlings time that the same World Bank gave Railings the option for hipc as the UN gave him the opportunity to do the school feeding program which he did not implement.
The school feeding program was started under NPP and Ndc is just a passenger enjoying the ride.

Sapong so Rawlings refused HPIC and Kufuor and NPP with all the education they had accepted it. HPIC was a disaster Kufuor brought on this country.
