When one file a case in court and the case is on and the judge is transferred. When a new judge comes to replace the old one. I want to know who pays for the proceedings to be typed. I had a case in Tema circuit court "B" when Judge E. Bart-Plange Brew was there. All of sudden he was transferred. Then came Judge Mrs.Florence Ninepence. I the plaintiff has to pay 60 cedis as well as the defendant for the proceedings to be typed. I am now again going to face the same situations of paying for the proceedings to be typed. Failure to do so means my case will be delayed as the strategy adopted to enable one to pay for the proceedings. The most painful part of the story is. Judge Mrs Florence Ninepence did not use the proceedings for any work. Rather the translator John in circuit Court B was demanding money from me for the Judge Mrs. Florence Ninepence. My refusal was the result of me losing the case.Take for example, if I made an allegation of given a certain amount of money to your son. Without your son coming to confirm that he received the said money in question. Judge Mrs. Florence Ninepence will ask you to pay.The proof is there for all to see.
Most or all of the above must already be in your knowledge. But in case something is not, this is just a small effort to be useful in the large interest of the Government and Mother Ghana.
