Let the CPP deal with their own internal problems. It is all clear that your Trokosi leaning NDC is not comfortable with the success, and the vibrancy that Greenstreet has brought to the party.
It is also a fact that the ndc, over the time, has penetrated the leadership of the Nkrumah leaning party with their criminal intent and, thus, making it difficult for those Nkrumahist splinter groups to go into elections under one umbrella.
And the apprehension the NDC.
Chances are so bright that, with Greenstreet leading the Cpp, there will be unity among the Nkrumahists before the November elections.
So my advice to the CPP is to watch the activities of these ndc Trokosi red Devils, for they will try every possible means - the uncouth propaganda antics - to scatter any chance of merger.

Nkrumah went through same but he is the visionary brain that ever lived in Africa.Take it cool. To Greensteet, we can not trust you now until you proved beyond reasonable doubt that you are not in bed with npp,the Ghana wreckers.

"In what many consider a shocking upset of tsunami proportions, Samia as the CPP’s immediate past Chairman and the party’s one-time sole Parliamentarian lost to the highly formidable Ivor Greenstreet, former General Secretary."
If Ivor Greenstreet is "highly formidable", why should Samia's loss to him be an upset of tsunami proportions?
The best thing that has happened to the CPP is the fact that someone other than Samia was chosen as the presidential candidate. This notion of perennial candidates in Ghanaian politics should stop. Some people feel they must be candidates all the time - Mills, Akufo-Addo, Ndoum, the other nkrumaist spinster parties with their recurring candidates.
What we want are Nkrumah's core values/ideas presented to us in a modern form. There's nothing automatic about those values descending from father to offspring. Samia is NOT Nkrumah. Name recognition is not enough for her to establish a political career. She was a kid when the father was overthrown and was still young when he died. Samia hardly knew him. She didn't get any tutelage from her father. Anybody who can astutely carry to Nkrumah torch forward should do so.
Samia can try to get back her parliamentary seat. She has to fight for it.
Above all, all the nkrumaist parties should stop this "I want to be president" nonsense and unite under Greenstreet. That man won't win but the aim should be to get enough votes to be a kingmaker and to get at least 10 parliamentary seats and deny the big parties an outright victory.
