Now listen to a modicum of commonsense....The law is clear that to be a parliamentarian in Ghana, you should be a registered voter; but the law does not require that to be nominated to represent your party, you should be a registered voter.
Now even if that girl is not now registered, nothing prevents her from doing so at some time in the future when the register is opened. Elsewhere, registration of voters goes on throughout the year......
Next time if you want to test your quantum stupidity, try your brain on legal analyses; maybe those proctophyliacs around you will get some kicking from your flatulent reasoning.
