It is not. Those that say closing down the camps will solve the problem do not fully understand the situation. A new accused woman arrived at the kukuo camp last week after escaping a mob in her village set out to beat her to death. Where will these women go when the camps cease to exist. Solve the issue of accussations and the camps will close themselves.
