why would ROPAA be in only America and Canada, are these the only places Ghanaians live?I think ROPAA should be reconsidered.

The solution really is simple. At least the NPP leans slightly towards the implementation of ROPAA. Let us all pool resources through the social media, personal contacts with relatives and friends at home, etc, to kick out this incompetent Mahama.
We can then give an ultimatum to whoever replaces him, to implement it or we work against him/her immediately.
This is a clear case of "taxation without representation." Per capita, Ghanaians in the diaspora contribute more positively to the country's economy than most of the thieves in Parliament, government and civil and public service, without the benefit of "create, loot and share."
The Ghana High Commission in the UK, for instance, has one of the largest embassy establishments in London. How difficult will it be to assign three or four staff members to issue ballot papers to Ghanaians in the UK, count and relay the results to Accra by email or phone?
If the small parties cannot afford to engage part-time observers for a day each to protect their interests in embassies and high commissions around the world, they do not deserve to exist.
I am not sure what qualified the Charlotte Osei woman as chair of the Electoral Commission, if every little decision has to be referred to a committee or the political parties.
Mahama may have thought of getting a joy ride but he may end up with the tag of the president who took Ghana to the precipice. Cheap is not always good!
Stop the noise come home and vote
