As a matter of fact a well educated person supposed to be pragmatic and a reflective thinker but sad to say that those attributes are missing from our African intellectuals. A well educated must be solicitous of matters of behaviour. How can someone who claims to be educated, go about insulting a particular tribe indiscriminately? What priori did you base your judgment on that particular tribe on? Is everybody in your tribe an angel? Come on, get a grip and have a life and put your education into a better use instead of denigrating people you do not agree with.

Just as it is fact that there is excessive politicisation of issues, it is also a fact that you NPP blokes always ethnicised issues. So this article written by a non-Ewe is another reason for many that commented to cast slurs on Ewes. He is perceived by these jaundiced elements as an Asante that has betrayed his own to support Ewes, as if he was writing in support of the NDC, which they see as an Ewe party even though Ewes form just a minority of voters for the NDC! Are there not tens of 1000s of Asantes who support the NDC passionately, just as many Ewes also support that evil and ethnocentric NPP? Is the NPP an Asante party with a mandate from the Asantehene? Even when the Asantehene and his whole court was openly supporting the NLM, did many Asantes not oppose them and rather supported the CPP? Why should ethnicity be a consideration at all in which party one supports?
In any case, who doesn't know that Francis is more of an advocate for Nkrumah's ideals rather than for the planlessness of the NDC? You dirty bastards have to do exactly what he wrote against, just to prove that you are unmitigated morons with no iota of sense in you! Tweah!

Of course, the habitual politicization of issues in Ghana is not merely a concocted perception but a veritable phenomenon with sometimes serious implications for development priorities and policy strategy. We are not however saying politics, in and of itself, is inevitably bad—far from it. Rather, it is the needless politicization of every strand of issue at the expense of strategic prioritization of national development dogmas that the corrective praxis of political and moral critique should seek to negate.

Even his autocratic traits, like those of Lee Kwan Yew of Singapore, were aimed at advancing the above causes, and to have some peace from those vainglorious politicians who wanted power just for its sake.

As for the second class thing, you completely missed the point. If not for the mysterious death (or murder as some people still think)of Prez. Mills of blessed memory, what would have happened then?. Fortunately for Npp, nothing mysterious, be it death or murder happened to Prez. Kuffour for Vice Aliu Mahama also of blessed memory to succeed him as President from the North. But I don't think you would want our Presidents to be dying mysteriously though; do you?
