It is very encouraging that Africa has enquiring minds such as the author among its youth of today. It is exactly the kind of questions that need asking, the considerations worth making, the policies worth formulating, all based on careful and critical examination of the gap between where we are today and where we want to be tomorrow that the author examines. Hopefully The AU, NEPAD, national youth development planning agencies, ministries of education, labor and technology (industry) are taking note. Brilliant article.
