If your cautionary advice of once a collaborator always a collaborator hold true and we must view collaborators with suspicion and scrutiny then why not apply your own advice to the NPP, all its membership of hoodlums, saboteurs and closet supporters in the Diaspora? Is the history of Ghana not replete with treasonous acts by the forefathers and leaders of the NPP? Yes you, Dr Kwame, and a whole host of Ghana's so-called intellectuals, keep accusing the current Mahama goverment of not fighting bribery and corruption with the zeal we deserve and expect yet you advise us to view with utmost suspicion collaborative work between government and entities in their fight against these acts. What is it about being an intellectual of the Ghana kind that makes people hypocrites and morally bankrupt?

And while we condemn collaboration with a partisan govt, it shouldn't be like the condemnation is because it is with the govt that we don't support. It would have been equally bad if Anas had collaborated with the NPP govt in the same way. The danger is with playing partisan politics with the info gained and either political party can be guilty of it.
In discussing the issue of Anas, we should put away our political colours and look at it from constitutional grounds and fairness to all involved while always keeping in mind that we should still fight corruption wherever it occurs.
