My apology to readers for the wrong Biblical reference. I most often than not precede my write-ups with popular quotations normally picked from popular quotation sites in the net. The attribution to the Bible was captured as such i.e 2Kings 10:15 and 16. I should have cross-checked from the HOLY BOOK before going ahead. I, however, perfectly agree with the quotation. I am very sorry to readers for the careless attribution. Do forgive me.
