The issue of the voter's register is simple, currently, a lot of double voters have been expunged and banned from voting for some years, and the NPP us believed to have lost almost 500,000 of such, that is why they ate fighting tooth and nail to have the register changed, because the old data will be deleted from alltge machine.

No. The war erupted because some "Idiotic" politicians decided to define who earth was or should be an Ivorian ID card is not the issue. Ghana will explode because of issue like "Wo ye Ghanani ena Wo nti Twi"?.It took developed countries hundreds of years to establish a credible system for their birth and deaths records.In Ghana, we are demanding it "now" because NPP lost a couple of elections. That is where the resentment will crop in and anarchy will be the order of the day.The "UBIQUITOUS" Ivorian Carte d identite did not prevent the war or proved useful.It will be waste of Ghanaian taxpayers money.
