Straight away, one would focused on poverty or lack of parental quidence for the infections, some of them may not have enough money to pay school fees and prospectors, others too want to change mobile phones every month, laptops, dreeses and whantnot and so the prustitute themselfs, are high on drugs pratice sakawa or occult at campus. No amount of information would deter such charaters, but i agree with you, prevention is better than cure. This article is more informative than this everyday NPP. NDC blah, blah blah blah!
