Ghanaians by nature and training do not want to rely on the government for the well-being of our families. We are proud enough to say that we are responsible people who do not rely on the government for improvement in our lives" A posted article on this very ghanaweb by one of the many educated morons in Ghana made the claim that Kufour was the best president because his administration implemented a host of unfunded and unsustainable social programs. There was yet another posting claiming Ghanaians had the best government under colonial rule and today we are finding out from the poorly written article that Ghanaians do not know what it is we need. We cannot be wise and or know what we want if we let go of our colonial masters even as the Busia-Danquah ideologues continue to claim credit for Ghana's independence. Are we truly wise or know what we need and want to continue voting into office people who come to rip and impoverish us? By the way why is it wise to grant Ghanaian citizenship to those of Ghanaian parentage born outside Ghana in other countries and may not have stepped foot on the Ghanaian soil but not confer citizenship on those who migrated to Ghana and have not committed crimes of moral turpetude against the state? Is the author not as xenophobic as those tribal driven idiots playing up NDC and NPP partisan flags?
