1. Most rational Nkrumaists simply have no interest in reviving the CPP per se. The implementation of a well planned sustained rapid development agenda based on Nkrumaist principles does not require a rejuvenated CPP. The idea that an Nkrumaist development agenda is based on a revival of the CPP is an epic fallacy, solely subscribed to by feeble-minded neocolonialist stooges and lackeys, to say nothing of traitors to the cause of true Afrikan Liberation!!
2. A-O borders on incoherence in his claims that Dr. Nkrumah was a ham fisted political executive who got lucky. Suffice it to say that the Nkrumah and the CPPs record in a implementing an agenda of sustained rapid development in the period 1951-1966 is unparalleled in the annals of the of independent sub-Saharan Africa, let alone Ghana. It is a matter of historical record!! In the almost 5 decades since February 24 1966, Ghana has not experienced any sustained period of planned development akin to the Nkrumah years!! In that time frame we have gone hither and yon, from pillar to post, implementing dubious ad-hoc schemes concocted in the capitals of the neocolonialists and administered by their instruments of financial control to wit the IMF, IBRD (World Bank) and the IDFC!! These dubious schemes known by various name e.g Strategic Adjustment Program, Economic Recovery Program etc have operated to the benefit of the West and led directly to our current impoverished status of mere economic appendages of the Western neoimperialists!! We are left begging for aid to finance our state budgets from our very colonizers, in such a situation the interests and needs of Ghanaians are subordinated to the interests of international capital and neocolonialists!! Under Nkrumah Ghana financed its budgets and development plans, when we borrowed it was for productive investments in industrial plant to facilitate the rapid development of modern industry. To their lasting ignominy the successors to Nkrumah embarked on a path of destroying these productive investments while leaving us on the hook for the associated debts!!!. These acts of regressive sociopolitical analysis have contributed in large measure to our current abysmal state of affairs!! Today the states around the world that embarked on sustained development programs in the mold of Nkrumah and his CPP are the very states that Ghanaian running dogs use as examples in their attempts to deride and reduce Nkrumahs achievements!! The indubitable historical record shows that Lee Kuan Yew and the Peoples Action Party in Singapore, UMNO/Barisan Nasional led by Tunku Abdel Rahman and his successors in Malaysia, Mao Zedong & Deng Xiao-Ping's Chinese Communist Party and closer to home Seretse Khama"s Botswana National Party to name but a few; have all succeeded in building modern rapidly developed nations while remaining masters of their destiny. They all implemented the same program of state led and controlled development directed by a de facto or de jure one party state. The verdict is clear!!
3. Nkrumah and the CPP did not operate a program of terror and assassination, period. It was their adversaries who prosecuted a 14 year campaign of terror bombings assassination and intimidation killing and maiming hundreds of our compatriots including dozens of schoolchildren!! Black propagandists like A-O may fabricate, exaggerate, concoct and conjure to their hearts content; no matter their efforts they are tilting at windmills.
4. To invoke Sedar Senghor the tool along with Houphoet Boigny, Ahmadou Ahidjo et al, of the of the French neocolonialist spymaster Jacques Foccart is absurd and laughable demonstrating the abject acceptance of the white supremacist worldview by A-O!!! Senghor was the poetic apostle of so called Negritude in an era when Afrika and Afrikans need political leaders of " Tigritude" as Franz Fanon would have.
To conclude Okoampa-Ahoofe's incoherent, nonfactual, fabricated unhistorical and irrational special pleading is prima facie, untenable and unsupported by the historical record!! For that reason the plaintiff Okoampa-Ahoofe's suit is summarily dismissed with prejudice. Nothing further.
