Who speaks for TV viewers in Ghana?

  We are practically life-long reggae fans. And as well, life-long highlife fans, too!
  
  So, we have serious reservations about the exclusion of Highlife as an award category in any Ghana Music Award.
  
  It does not make sense!
  
  And the absence of TV schedules?
  
  That, we do not care much for. After all, how is it that the TV producers and their owners as not interested in promoting themselves, to make more money.
  
  We imagine, that in part explains why many Ghanaians will rather watch foreign soccer than "Ghana TV" and soccer.
  
  But seriously, that is a business for another entity to explore.
  
  Here is some insight into the US - TV Guide (the bi-weekly magazine sold on store counters for many years):

  LESSON: Anytime you have a Private Equity firm own or control a business, reckon that there is a lot of money in the business to be had! The formula are exactly in those words.
