Madam;you sound like old sychologist whose ideas arte outmoded;Conflict Resolutions skills cannot be thought on children under 12years likewise youth under 18years.When when conflict resolution skills attach to school curriculum..whose kids gonna sit and listen to those conflict that has happen and brutalities of people that has happen around the world../kids prefer technology solving their problems.i don't think,it is a good idea teaching minor on conflict resolution skills
