Catholics pay respect to those who have displayed holiness in their lives and is worth remembering.
Jesus spent time in Egypt,( Which is in Africa, "just in-case you do not know") St Augustine a great African Saint+ there are hundreds more. Ethiopia has been a place where Christianity flourished from its beginnings. If there is a cradle of Christianity, then Africa is an important Continent in the greater scheme of things.
Christianity is African.
To equate Catholic worship of God who is the creator, to witchcraft is off the mark.

Where in the bible does it say that Jesus had no step-brothers or sisters or that Mary ascended - or that she was a virgin and never consumated anything with Joseph. Your church has made this all up - this is another form of ancient Isis worship. I think you need to read your bible properly and not just assume that your indoctrination is correct. The Roman Catholic church came about because Rome wanted to subjugate all its territories under one system incorporating pagan ritual and deity worship to cater for all subjects. You my friend are the one who is ignorant. Jesus is the truth not the Catholic church. He loves ALL his people not just catholics.

I asked God to take the scales off my eyes so I could read His word and see truth. I am sorry I have offended you, but the Romans have added and brought about mans rituals and laws into the church. You do not offend me, you offend yourself. I have heard many evangelicals, and not one has impressed me, for if they say they Love God the Father, then they would obey his word. Matthew 16:13-20 Upon this rock I will build my Church. That refers to saint Peter and is an unbroken linage to pope Francis.
Matthew 18:17-18 If he even refuses to listen to the Church,then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax tax collector.
Martin Luther did not listen to the Church, Evangelicals believe that they are the Church. Yet it was the Church (Catholic Church) that assembled the Bible from the writings of the Apostles, yet they claim to know what the bible says and each one one the is a self proclaimed Pope, bible scholar, Theologian, unfortunate they do not obey Jesus only their selfish interest.
