    the government has placed an embargo on recruitment of lecturers for all the universities; I don't think the fees alone would be able to pay for the salaries of private lectureres

    This write up was based on purely hearsay.....The writer keeps saying, so I hear, I hear that, I hear this among others.

    My advice to the writer is to take a step further and find out rather relying on hearsays.
