What do you mean by all hands on deck. How does my 2 uncles in the village who are peasant farmers and struggling get their hands on deck. Whose hands should be on deck to solve the issues.

Exactly! my parents having supporting Ghana with their cocoa and coffee for decades.If electricity is the problem,why can!t the government concentrate on that particular issue? 500 million dollar loan from IMF spread over 40 years can build at least four 25 megawatt solar plants,one each city, Accra,Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi.Other countries are doing it.From Costa Rica to Nepal.
