Thanks Gyasi, you are hundred percent right, coming to Government or politics in Africa is like winning lottery for you and your family and associates, it all depends on how much you have won.Talking about maddness and leadership though,it does include the white man, Adolf Hitler is nr1, after killing so many people in the name of the Aryan race superiority, it was recently discovered that, his stolen gold from the German poeple and else where has been discovered in a concealed train somewhere in an undergrond tunnel in poland, he was also a mad leader. we have the pilot leader or captain controlling a German wings plane who delibratly crashed into the Alps, he also had mental challenges, there is no space to comment about Joseph Stanly here, he was also a mad leader, George bush created war in Iraq without any evidence of WMD, because of oil and sales of weapons, he was also mad.
According to Genesis chapter 6, God regreted after creating man, It is a human problem. in short we and the animals are no different.Good article , well done.

Your article lacks focus, and it is without content. You got me confused!
Did you intend writing about corrupt African leaders or mad people? Does this remark meet the standard definition of madness - "African leaders assume office, poorer than a church mouse with high grandiose promises of liberation and prosperity for the citizens and end up as failures, non-performers, greedy idiots and worst still filthy rich from the looting of the nation’s coffers. The stolen resources are saved in foreign bank accounts, some used to buy expensive properties overseas or used to support the glutinous filthy lifestyles of the close members of their families"? The English lexicon has a word for this behaviour and it is not madness. It is corruption or better yet graft.
The same English lexicon defines madness as being mentally ill or lunacy. Those who steal the nation's money and stash it abroad are corrupt and corruption is a criminal offence, therefore they are criminals not mad. I was all excited about your article after reading the first paragraph, but it turned out to be another uninformed regurgitation of nothingness - another Ghanaweb article.
