Some of the rules are applied on the field and some in board rooms. So if a team fails to comply with a rule that need to be determine from the board room so be it. Kotoko have the right to appeal even to the court. That is what democracy means. And what ever the results, it will be a test case for the future. Yes board rooms are form to make decisions like this.
