Interesting piece but I beg to differ. The managers of the scheme are bereft of ideas, that is the matter. There are so many developmental issues that may require the inputs of these fresh graduates. Traffic control may seem harsh but it may add to the developmental growth of the personnel in areas of time management,focuses and appreciation of what others do on a daily basis
