You may be right, all the advanced countries might have gone through this but they tried to correct their mistakes by writing and talking about it. The way some of you think and reason is why it will probably take Ghana about 200 hundred years to catch up with the advanced countries you're using as examples. Please keep your mouth shut if you don't have any sensible thing to say.

inJustice Obri would not be a sitting judge today if his crass stupidity and incompetence was displayed in the advance countries your foolish black ass is talking about. Mistakes are not acceptable in any developed country and Ghana should learn to abide by this principle. Obri should be fired , just to send a stern warning to the other incompetent arses on the bench.

You are really a fool. Not only is he incompetent, he might also need his head examined for making that judgement. He is incompetent for these reasons;
1. He should have sent the suspect for psychological evaluation before making the decision to send him to prison for ten years instead of making on the spot decision that the guy was mentally competent when he Obiri has no expertise or knowledge in determining the mental capability of this suspect.
2. The suspect should have been advised to secure the services of a lawyer or one should have been appointed for him by the state.
3- The maximum sentence for possession of firearm in Ghana is five years and not the ten years adjudicated.
4. The case was not properly investigated and the rush to Judgement on the suspect first court appearance shows the incompetence of this Judge.
