They don't need Soup,just a change of mentality of Ghanaians.Ga/Accra is not a planned city for 4 million people.It was originally a cluster of villages for the Ga's.The rest of the country was not developed and Ghanaians ,especially Akans started trooping in after independence.There is a difference between a nations capital and a city.Ghana need to build modern cities in places like the Volta region and the Akan states to safe Ga/Accra.
