Nii Moi worked as an economist with the City or State of New York before relocating to Ghana, and he gave up a lucrative job with the United Nations to contribute his quota to the development of Ghana.
So how was he unemployed before joining government. It's this type of nonsense that's holding back the development of Ghana.
